My name is Debi Chew and I am a plant based RN. I have been plant based since 2011.
As an RN I am focused on the health of my patients. Through my nursing career I have seen so many of my patients struggle with many diseases that were all self inflicted with the foods they were consuming. It was not all their fault. They just didn't understand the connection between diet and their health. Their doctors had not been fully trained in nutrition I wanted to do more than teach at the bedside. I wanted to help as many people as I could.
I started my Youtube channel in 2016 to help raise awareness of how important nutrition is to our health. But that still wasn't enough for me. I wanted to do more. Thus the Chew on Plants course was born. I wanted you to have one place to go to get the help you need to achieve your optimal health and weight.
The Chew On Plants course is a comprehensive course to get you started on your journey to improved health and reach your optimal weight. Where ever you are in your journey, if you are starting from eating a Standard America diet or have been vegan or plant based for years you will find this course helpful in reaching your health goals.

I have been where you are starting from now. I was overweight and struggling to lose weight. I have a few autoimmune conditions and I needed to change my way of thinking. I needed to take control of my health. If not now then when. It was a process, it didn't happen overnight. I created this course to be the course I wish I had been able to find when I was first starting out. I have made the mistakes I have beat myself up for not being able to lose weight. I did many hours of research and I did many trial and errors. You will get the benefits of everything I learned and went through in this course.
